Handle Bar Z-Dragbar CrMo CP - Ruff Cycles
CRMO STEEL - Not your average steel!
We have chosen to use 25CrMo4 steel (also known as chrome-moly or cro-moly) for this product since it has an excellent strength with a great weight ratio.
CrMo steel is an alloy of chromion and molybdenum, so its stronger and harder than just regular steel.
This kind of steel is often used for structural tubing, aircraft parts and for the military.
Similar looking products from other manufacturers are mostly made out of regular steel.
If people a long time ago had Custom Bicycles, you bet Zorro would have used the Ruff Cycles Z-Dragbar to cruise threw the wild west. Our sturdy Z-Dragbar made out of long lasting and corrossion resistent Chromoly would have lasted the stuttering and rough roads at the time with no problem. He would have ridden threw California for years without even noticing the slightest problem in his handle bar. With the 16° Angle to the back he got easliy defence himself while riding his bike.
