It's water repellent with a semi-matte finish and stiched together for long lasting hold. It revives the characteristics of bench seats from the old days. The special foam foundation has a great balance of hardness and versatility.

The substructure is ready made to just change the Lil’Buddy seat by loosening a few screws and reattaching the new seat.
