THE HARD TIME ORIGINAL
The Hard Time Frame was developed and created by Dominick Guida in 2009.
The Hard Time is set up to run 26" front and rear wheels up to 4" wide. We prefer to run a 29er up front.
1.5" Tubing on the frame, 1 1/8" Headtube, American Bottom Bracket.
Dominick about the Hard Time Frame:
"In 2009, when I built the "Hard Time" frame, I was looking to create something simple with clean flowing lines. However, I had one important requirement, the frame had to be as low to the ground as possible. The finished product was a hit with the public and more and more people became interested in purchasing the "Hard Time". Though we made a few small production runs, we were never able to keep up with the demand.
I have been building and selling Ruff Cycles products since I opened The Cruiser Shop, so I know firsthand how high the Ruff quality is. Pero and the Ruff crew have been awesome to work with, so it was an easy choice for me to have them manufacture my frame."

Present he is now offering a large selection of cruiser parts, frames and also specialzied in creating and customizing cruiser bikes.
He is also known as a part owner of BEHIND BARS INC clothing line, that was created in 2002 and is one of the organizers of SHINY SIDE UP, which is one of the largest bicycle show in the United States.After a corona cancellation in 2020 the shiny side up will be back for the 14th time in 2021.
Dominick is very involved in the cruiser culture, so he knows what people want and need for their bikes and will bring it to them at an affordable price.

We are proud to have our own frame manufacturing facilities. This enables us to be much more flexible and close to our products then others who buy from 3rd party factories.
As one of the few bicycle frame makers in Europe, we place great importance on the quality of the frames as well as having a safe and professional working environment for our staff.
Everything is done in-house, as our crew counts engineers and welders amongst others.
