Fork Regulator V3 - 1 1/8" Black - Ruff Cycles
CRMO STEEL - Not your average steel!
We have chosen to use 25CrMo4 steel (also known as chrome-moly or cro-moly) for this product since it has an excellent strength with a great weight ratio.
CrMo steel is an alloy of chromion and molybdenum, so its stronger and harder than just regular steel.
This kind of steel is often used for structural tubing, aircraft parts and for the military.
Similar looking products from other manufacturers are mostly made out of regular steel.
The Regulator Fork V3 is now already equipped with a Disc Brake Mount. So there is no need to buy an additional Disc Brake Leg for the Regulator Fork V3.
This one of kind Girder Fork is a master piece built by Ruff Cycles. To get the right strenght - weight ratio we used CroMo (Chromoly) Steel. The spring is changeable to adjust the rake angle.
With 15mm the metal struts of the fork are strong enough to ensure a safe ride while an earth quake.
